Tuesdays of Texture (#6)

For this week’s Tuesdays of Texture photo challenge:

The White House, constructed of plant materials. (Taken this past weekend at the US Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C.)

The Botanic Garden was displaying replicas of several DC structures, as a matter of fact.

Here’s the Capitol, for one.

And the Lincoln Memorial…

Complete with a little tiny Abraham Lincoln inside!

They were all pretty cool…and very full of textures!

The White House, I admit, looked a little haunted-house-ish to me.

You can really see it in this detail shot!

But I’m not criticizing!! The replicas were so detailed and amazing. It was such a fun exhibit to tour! (And the White House was the only spooky one! ๐Ÿ™‚ )
